Native American Prophetic Medicine Man

The Prophetic Medicine Man

Here I sit 20 years after leaving Arizona and my friend Willie Whitefeather, a Cherokee medicine man.

We had many long conversations in the desert and in my small apartment. It was a strange buy strong bond we had, Willie a Native American and myself a Viking.

Our belief systems had a great deal in common.

I look back now and see some of the things we talked about, have come to pass and as Willie used to say, "What goes around, comes around."

I took a few notes on our conversations in a steno pad. As I look at these notes now, I wish I had written more.

At age 70 plus, I see the world differently than I did when I was younger.

When I watch the News and see what a bad place we have moved into, I think of Willie's
conversations and how the pompous asses running our government and the world could use what he said to make it a better world.

Better than that, they should bring him to the UN and let him speak.

Here are some odds and ends from our conversations that you may find interesting ---- and give yourself time to reflect and think about these things.

Who Are the Real Bad Guys?

When the Tennessee Valley Authority flooded the little Tennessee Valley to make Tellico Damn, they not only destroyed the most important religious and historic sites of the Cherokee, they destroyed the very core of their "nature!"

But they also disturbed the Cherokee graves, The remains of 15,000 Cherokee graves, remains of a people who believe above all in the sanctity of the dead ----- were put in shoe boxes and stored in a basement at the University of Tennessee.

And those 15,000 graves were only 3 % of all the Indian graves in the valley. The rest were flooded. To ad insult to injury, remains belonging to all non - Indians, who would be disturbed by the flooding, were immediately re-buried.

Willie says, "The Last - B - First."

"Someday when we learn ---------- The Cherokee Nation will return," is a line from a popular song.

" tell you these things for I see that we can no longer do anything we want to do -------- without a backlash."

Odin once told his people you cannot drop a pebble into the ocean without the waves it forms reaching to Asgard and Valhalla.

The 21st Century laws of Quantum Physics are telling us that everything is energy. Everything that ever was, is, or will be exists in an infinite ocean of thinking energy called the Quantum Ocean.

The Cherokee spirits from the flooded Tennessee Valley still exist there.

When and how will the waves made by the Tennessee Valley Authorities inhumanity come back to the physical world.

Even though you and I did not have anything directly to do with the T.V.A., we allowed those in charge to do it. We, the little people, must find a way of stopping the big people endangering us with dangerous backlashes.
